Have we become so callous

There is in fact too many charities, schools, governments, con artists, religious groups, and those who are truly in need with their hands out looking for ways to relieve you of your money. Many of the so-called charities have CEOs pulling well over a million a year. The question anymore is who do you believe and whom you can trust.

Caution is the word today in about every transaction or decision that crosses your path. Who you give to and who you choose to help is a personal choice. If you do not trust someone you should not attack them unless you have valid proof of some transgression yet so many are ready punish someone without knowing or having all the facts in.

Scammers seem to be the plague of the internet because it is fairly easy to hide behind cartoon names and fictitcous addresses. It is a little bit different when that person is staring you in the eyes and you can get a better feel on where they may be coming from. Cheating people out of money and then come crying about how their life is falling apart stories that put the soap operas to shame does not remove the fact of committing a crime against their fellow being.

Those that build trust in themselves and their words they speak are deserving of help and assistance when things go wrong but it is hard to find concern for someone who you have no idea about their character or belief in the words they put forth.
I truly believe that you can find some good in any human being that resides on this planet of ours. But that in no way causes me to trust them till further down the road of life we travel. We should give any person a reasonable benefit of doubt till they have been proven to be lower than a snake’s belly. We should always be wise and compassionate in our dealing with our fellow travelers of life.

In this world it is easy to become cynical and unfortunately those that truly could use some help never get a helping hand. True that we are the creators of our destinies but sometimes things outside our control can and do bring devastation and despair into our lives. Sometimes the charity and kindness of friends and total strangers is the only thing that might hope into someone life.

The old adage to do unto others as you would have them do unto you rings true. So the only thing we can do is be wise and cautious while striving to bring aid and comfort to your fellow human being.

Live life to the fullest [:)]

Benefits for your customers

To obtain customers you must deliver to them gifts, products and services that they perceive to be of a benefit to them. If your gifts, products and services do not give a benefit or need then they will eventually go some place else to fill their needs. Business is never about what you think but rather what are the needs of your consumers or you will have no customers.

Researching in forums and blogs to determine what people are looking for in the particular niche you are trying to provide services and goods to. It is also a wise idea to see what your competitors for customers is offering to the public at large. Running keywords in Google search will give you an idea to the strength of the market and double check if a need is evident by the number of results for the keyword.

Do not provide poor service or products to your customers but rather give them more than they expected. Provide quality customer service responding to customers by providing ways to contact you such as using a Help Desk or similar services to answer questions and respond back as quickly as possible. Build good relations with those you provide service and goods to your customers and reap the rewards as time goes by.
