Then you design the content to benefit the people surfing the internet to attract them. Giving then something that is beneficial to them is of the utmost importance.

Design your content to attract someone to your site and then make it so they want to return often. If you go to a website that does not perk your interest mostl likely you will not add it to your favorites or use anything that is offered. If your website will not perk your interest then you must ask why anyone would really want to visit it. You want to get people to bookmark your site then make it content rich.
